Our dedicated workforce consists of a general manager, operations manager, controller, equipment manager, estimators, project managers, project coordinators, quality control technicians, foremen, grademen, skilled labourers, heavy equipment operators, heavy equipment mechanics, and licensed vehicle mechanics. The abilities of our experienced team allows us to safely and successfully execute complex projects that possess both challenging operational constraints, tight timelines and multiple diverse operations throughout the project.
We are currently recruiting Aggregate-Crushing Personnel. These are full-time, seasonal positions in our aggregate division.
Job Duties:
- Work safely and efficiently as a labourer in outdoor pit and quarry job sites
- Communicate any irregularities in aggregate conditions to the foreman
- Observe the condition of tools and materials used to ensure company standards are met and promptly report any possible problem or defect
- Demonstrate a positive company image by acting politely, taking care not to disturb the area outside the project limits
- Attend and participate in regular safety meetings and ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations
- Be responsible for personal safety, the safety of co-workers and the general public
- Able to follow training and uphold safety protocols
