We are currently recruiting experienced Concrete Formers & Finishers to join our growing team. Successful candidates will be responsible for forming, placing, and finishing concrete to meet project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and strip concrete forms (wood and/or metal)
• Place, spread, and level concrete
• Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
• Ensure proper curing and surface quality
• Read and follow drawings and specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Previous experience as a concrete former or finisher is preferred
• Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of performing manual labour
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
