Whether it be a routine check, an emergency or a surgical procedure, our team of highly skilled veterinary professionals will ensure the best care. Our hospital is equipped with a surgical suite, radiology, an intensive care unit, an in-house laboratory and pharmacy. We stock various diets and products in clinic and special order daily.

About The Position
We have a fantastic career opportunity at the Gillies Grove Animal Hospital.
We are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist with a dynamic personality to join our hospital. This position is Monday to Friday.
The role will be primarily working at reception, along with assisting our veterinary team on occasion. This is a perfect opportunity to work in a challenging yet supportive environment where learning and development opportunities are endless.
We are a very high-paced clinic with a great team with a family environment that's hard to find anywhere else.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care
- Answer phones, emails and respond to client needs
- Maintain and update client records in our practice management software
- Assist with patient care, when needed
