Our dedicated workforce consists of a general manager, operations manager, controller, equipment manager, estimators, project managers, project coordinators, quality control technicians, foremen, grademen, skilled labourers, heavy equipment operators, heavy equipment mechanics, and licensed vehicle mechanics. The abilities of our experienced team allows us to safely and successfully execute complex projects that possess both challenging operational constraints, tight timelines and multiple diverse operations throughout the project.
We are currently recruiting for a Float Driver. This is a full-time, seasonal position with the potential for year-round work.
Job Duties:
- Loading, securement, and the transportation of items including excavators, loaders, and dozers
- Move the heavy machinery equipment on the different work sites
- Perform safety inspections of equipment before each shift
- Complete daily inspection logs
- Immediately report any defects noted during these rounds to the mechanical maintenance supervisor
- Respect the road safety code
- Perform other related tasks
