Work with a team in an environment where you contribute to the success of an organization. Magellan Aerospace Haley is recruiting for a Manufacturing Pattern Repairperson. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be able to work rotating shifts, five days a week. Currently these are morning and afternoon shifts but may include overnight shifts in the future.

We are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst. This is a new, full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm with occasional overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure smooth ERP system operations throughout the division.
• Support ERP data accuracy through validation, documentation, and ongoing integrity checks.
• Evaluate system usability and propose improvements to enhance business processes.
• Deliver Tier 3 technical support, facilitate end-user training, and act as a liaison between divisional and corporate IT teams.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, escalating complex technical challenges.
• Conduct data analysis and produce reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
• Wear CSA-approved footwear, hearing protection, and eye protection on the plant floor; eye and hearing protection are provided by Magellan

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business or a related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations (e.g., production planning, quality, engineering, supply chain, or operations)
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred with ERP systems (Cincom, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), databases, and business software
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities at all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), or workflow documentation
• Advanced capability in SQL, Excel macros, or other data analysis tools
