We are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure smooth ERP system operations 
• Support ERP data accuracy through validation, documentation, and ongoing integrity checks
• Evaluate system usability and propose improvements to enhance business processes
• Deliver tier three technical support, facilitate end-user training
• Act as a liaison between divisional and corporate IT teams
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, escalating complex technical challenges 
• Conduct data analysis and produce reports and presentations
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business or a related fiel, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of two years of experience supporting manufacturing operations (e.g., production planning, quality, engineering, supply chain, or operations)
• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with ERP systems (i.e., Cincom, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), databases, and business software;  1 - 2 years of experience is preferred
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities at all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), or workflow documentation
• Advanced capability in SQL, Excel macros, or other data analysis tools
