The Town of Laurentian Hills Public Works Department is recruiting a Labourer-Equipment Operator for a six-month term position. This role is 40 hours per week.   

The Labourer-Equipment Operator works on municipal projects within the municipality. This includes performing labour work and operating trucks and other types of equipment.

• Physical ability to perform as a labourer.
• Experience with the operation of a tandem as well as various other equipment.
• Related experience as a truck driver or a light equipment operator in either the construction or maintenance of roads would be an asset.
• Must have a valid DZ driver’s licence and a driver's abstract.
• Ability to drive manual transmission.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
