The company has grown from its roofing roots into a full-service exterior solutions provider. Our expanded services include siding, seamless eavestroughs, disposal bin rentals, spray foam insulation, and more.

We are recruiting for Insulation Labourers to join our growing siding and eavestrough crews. These are full-time, seasonal positions with consistent work throughout the season.

Responsibilities include:

• Install insulation in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional settings
• Loading, unloading and handling materials safely
• Handling materials and tools on site
• Working at heights and in confined spaces
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Following company safety policies

• Valid confined space certification
• Able to work in extreme heat, dusty conditions and tight spaces
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Strong English communication skills; French is an asset
• Someone who takes pride in their work
• Construction experience is an asset
• A valid driver’s license is an asset
