We are currently recruiting for a Residential Construction Labourer. This is a full-time, year-round position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking residential construction crew.
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters, installers, painters, and other trades with residential construction projects
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Assist with demolition, renovations, and job site preparation
- Assist with installation and removal of insulation and other building materials
- Perform general cleanup and maintain a safe, organized job site
- Assist with basic carpentry and construction tasks as directed
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when working in occupied homes
- Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials and equipment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous construction or renovation experience is an asset
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean job site
