We are currently recruiting for a Building Cleaner-Custodian. This is a part-time, contract position with flexible hours.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain and clean all common areas within the property including stairwells, hallways, entrances, and washrooms
- Remove debris and change garbage receptacles
- Vacuum all areas
- Sweeping as needed
- Wash floors throughout the building
- Glass cleaning at entrances and doors
- Clean exterior of entrances, maintain and remove debris from walkways, paths and parking lot as needed
- Grass cutting and general yard maintenance
- Report maintenance issues to the manager
