Mativ Renfrew is recruiting for Packers. These are full-time positions working 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights and weekends). You have an average of 14 days off every month.

Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor, Packers will be responsible for the following:

• Packing rolls of tape into corrugate containers according to specifications
• Assisting operators
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Basic computer knowledge and skill
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere environment
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

• Grade 12 education
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving dynamic manufacturing environment
• Math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing
• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule

Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $21.18 - $21.88 per hour 
• RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of probationary period
