Mativ is a worldwide leading manufacturer of bonding and adhesive components and solutions for the healthcare, industrial and transportation markets.

We are currently recruiting for a Calendar Operator. This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts with an average of 14 days off every month.

Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor, the Mixtruder Operator is responsible for the following:

• Preparing and feeding adhesive to machinery
• Assisting operators as needed
• Troubleshooting
• Compounding and mixing material
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving, dynamic manufacturing environment
• Math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule
