We are currently recruiting for a Carpenter. This is a full-time, year-round position. We are looking for a skilled individual who takes pride in their workmanship, pays attention to detail, and can confidently handle a variety of residential renovation and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential carpentry and renovation work
- Complete framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry
- Install and repair doors, trim, baseboards, and other interior finishes
- Complete drywall installation and minor repairs
- Perform demolition and preparation work for renovation projects
- Build and install various wood structures and components
- Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and project specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work professionally in occupied residential homes
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and other members of the crew
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
