Town and Country Forming Limited and Campbell’s Bay Ciment area combined group of construction companies that specialize in residential and commercial construction.  The services offered include but are not limited to: Duraform foundations, ICF block, septic systems, concrete and aggregates.  We service the entire Ottawa Valley and Quebec region.

Town and Country Forming is seeking a candidate for the position of Office Clerk. The Office Clerk will take a lead role with the Town and Country Forming team and provide support in different areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones
  • Greeting clients
  • Duties associated with the daily operation
  • Receiving and disbursing faxes, emails and mail for the office
  • Receiving payments from clients
  • Maintaining an organized workspace
  • Providing exceptional service to clients in a professional manner
  • Review, authorize and submit invoices for payment
  • Organize travel, event and other planning and arrangements
  • Managing the office filing system
  • Post-secondary education in office administration is considered an asset
  • A minimum of 2-3 years working in an office setting
  • Experience in completing and processing invoices
  • Experience working with Quickbooks or other related software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Above average skills in MS Office including Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to complete work in the scheduled time frame
  • High degree of professionalism
