We are currently recruiting for a junior Legal Assistant/ Law Clerk to join our busy practice.


  • Transcribe and type legal documents
  • Organize and expedite flow of work
  • Organize and maintain client files
  • Preparing standard legal documents (factums, motion records, etc.)
  • Handling inquiries in the lawyer’s absence
  • Providing exceptional service to the firm’s clients and potential clients
  • General administrative duties including: photocopying, filing, email
  • Motivated
  • Personable
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Able to demonstrate time management and organizational skills
  • Good keyboard and dicta-typing skills are required
  • Prior experience working in family law, wills and real estate a definite asset
