Crossroads Property Management provides a variety of property management services including, landscaping, snow removal, house cleaning, minor maintenance and renovations. We work primarily in the Pembroke and Petawawa area, and we are a growing company.
We are recruiting for Property Technicians to offer snow removal services in the winter season and landscaping services is the spring, summer and fall seasons.
Property Technicians will be providing snow removal at residential and commercial properties throughout the winter season in the Pembroke and Petawawa area. This involves operating a snow removal vehicle, and performing some walkway shoveling. In the spring, this role transitions into landscaping and property maintenance, which involves jobs that range from cutting grass to building fences to gardening. Some days you will be operating a lawn mower and others you will be operating a tractor. You will be working in different weather and different work shift hours.
