We are recruiting for an Office & Inside Sales Support Person to join our team. This is an on-site position with a planned two-month winter layoff. Hours will be scheduled within our regular business hours, which are Monday to Thursday (7:00am –3:30pm) and Friday (7:00am–12:00pm). We will work with the successful candidate to set a schedule of 25–30 hours per week over four days.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and sending customer invoices
- Answering customer phone calls and emails
- Sending pricing, quotes, and product information
- Coordinating deliveries and follow-up calls
- Organizing paperwork, lab results, customer files, and the general office
- Assisting with soil and media testing coordination and sharing results
- Organizing data and office tracking (Excel and Google Docs)
