Sleepy George’s Mattress Factory Outlet is a family-owned and operated business in operation for nearly 75 years. We provide a wide selection of quality mattresses, and an array of furniture for bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms and occasional pieces. Our factory-direct pricing and old-fashioned service are part of our business model.

We are recruiting for an Operations Assistant. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Receiving deliveries of mattresses and furniture
• Preparing, loading and organizing orders for customer deliveries
• Assisting with general responsibilities in the warehouse
• Diligent about working safely and maintaining a clean work environment
• Providing friendly, professional customer service at every opportunity
• Comfortable operating company vehicles

• Valid driver’s licence with a driver’s abstract in good standing
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
