E.T.M. Industries Inc. (established in 1977) is a diversified manufacturing facility providing CNC-machined and plastic injection precision components and assemblies to the aircraft, space, military, automotive, mining, telecommunication and medical industries. We are strategically located in Renfrew, less than an hour from Ottawa.

E.T.M. Industries is currently recruiting for an experienced Operator, CNC Machine and Pipe Cell. This is a full-time position on a rotating days-afternoons shift.

This full-time position consists of two shifts: 

• Monday to Thursday 6:00am-3:00pm and Friday 6:00am-12:00pm
• Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am

This position would be suitable for someone who enjoys running a large machine from set-up to loading product and first inspection before sending product to quality control.

This position would consist of the following duties:

• Set up and run various components on CNC machines
• Inspect parts using standard measuring equipment
• Adjust offsets on the CNC panel to ensure conforming parts
• Interpret drawings to ensure conforming parts.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area

• College or technical training
• Experience with CNC machining centres
• Criminal background check
• Reliable, punctual and committed to the role
• Strong attention to detail
