Mativ is a worldwide leading manufacturer of bonding and adhesive components and solutions for the healthcare, industrial and transportation markets.

We are currently recruiting for a Slitter Operator for our Renfrew manufacturing site. This is a full-time position.

Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor, Slitter Operators will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Operate machinery
• Troubleshoot
• Perform quality checks on products
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

• Grade 12 education
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing
• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule (on average, 14 working days per month)
• Basic computer knowledge and skill
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

Compensation package:

• Salary range: $24.78 to $26.95 per hour 
• RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of probationary period
