Smitty’s Home Hardware in Pembroke is a family owned and operated hardware and building supply company. We offer a wide range of services including home and cottage building designs, kitchen design and installation, key cutting, propane tank exchange and more. Located in Laurentian Valley between Pembroke and Petawawa, we are a busy store, open seven days a week.
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Associate. This is a full-time position at 32-40 hours per week. The schedule includes weekday and weekend shifts.
In this role, you will meet and help plenty of people get the solutions they need for their home improvement projects. This is a truly rewarding position for someone who wants to enjoy their job every day.
Responsibilities:
- Working with contractors and customers to source their building and renovation needs including paint, hardware, plumbing, electrical and outdoor needs.
- Setup and maintenance of store promotions
- Stocking shelves
- Merchandising
- Other duties as assigned
