We are recruiting for a Job Site Supervisor to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position working 44 hours per week.

The Job Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work done on job sites. This includes managing the employee crew and ensuring staff are following health and safety regulations, ensuring work is getting done on schedule and handling any issues that arise on the job site.

• A carpenter’s license or Red Seal
• Able to manage a crew and provide detailed daily updates
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple sub-trades
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation
• Have basic hand tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Attention to detail
• DZ license or experience operating equipment would be an asset
• Fall arrest, WHMIS, aerial platform certificate and First Aid training would be an asset
