A Renfrew-area company is recruiting for a Receptionist. This is a full-time position.


  • Answering the telephone, screening and directing calls
  • Handling inquiries from the public, taking messages and relaying them to the appropriate individuals
  • Being the first point of contact for individual entering the company
  • Receiving and disbursing faxes, emails and mail for the office
  • Receiving payments from clients
  • Maintaining an organized workspace
  • Providing exceptional service to clients in a professional manner

Education and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
