McGrimmon Corporation is a provider of rental apartments, townhomes and commercial properties in the Ottawa Valley. McGrimmon Corporation is also involved in construction and hauling of aggregates. We currently manage 37 properties in the Renfrew and Cobden area.
McGrimmon Corporation is currently recruiting for an Inventory Clerk. This is a full-time position.
The Inventory clerk will provide superior inventory and administrative support for our equipment shop. You will be required to analyze requests, process orders, manage inventory and perform various administrative tasks. This position would be well suited for someone who is a team player, has the ability to multitask and is a lifelong learner.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintain positive relationships and communication with suppliers, customers and staff
- Conduct purchasing for shop jobs and inside sales
- Complete initiated sales orders, invoicing and related duties
- Provide inventory management and administrative support
- Perform other tasks and special projects as required
- Provide support for outside sales
- Keep current on changes and developments of our product lines
- Willingness to complete training during and after business hours if required
- Organization and cleaning of shop area
- Assistance with other job-related tasks as required
